Enhanced Accommodations
Enhanced accommodations are in our newer construction buildings. All units feature air-conditioning, a full kitchen, living room, and a semi-private bathroom. Most bedrooms are within a shared apartment. For a list of amenities, click here.
COST FOR SINGLE BEDROOMS
The weekly rate for singles is $430 per person, with a minimum 8 week stay
COST FOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS
The weekly rate for double bedrooms is $365 per person, with a minimum 8 week stay
Economy Accommodations
Economy accommodations are no-frills rooms with a full kitchen and semi-private bathroom without air-conditioning. Most bedrooms are within a shared apartment. For a list of amenities, click here.

The weekly rate for singles is $320 per person, with a minimum 8 week stay
COST FOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS
The weekly rate for double bedrooms is $260 per person, with a minimum 8 week stay
