The teenage girl Moana, voiced by Hawaii local Auliʻi Cravalho, longs to travel the vast ocean past the reefs of Motunui. When disease threatens life on the island, Moana sets sail on a journey with demigod Maui to restore the Heart of Te Fiti.
View From a Blue Moon released in 2015 as the first surf movie to be shot in 4k. Based off of the real experiences of two time World Surf League (WSL) World Championship winner John "John" Alexander Florence and his friends, these surfers from Hawaiʻi travel to surf spots all over the world to redefine what it means to surf.
We will be showing View From a Blue Moon at 7:15 and Moana afterwards at around 8:30.
