How to Apply

Being accepted via the project intake process provides the opportunity for you and your group to book time with equipment. It also supports our efforts to gather data around how AR/VR can support experiential learning, research, and other pedagogical and curricular goals. The more interest we can document, the more Northeastern will understand the importance of these technologies.

1

Fill out the Project Intake Form

Review the website and email discoverylab@northeastern.edu with any questions you may have about the equipment or the space. Fill out the project intake form. Note: Students will need to log in using [username]@northeastern.edu in place of @husky.neu.edu.

2

We will Contact You to Discuss

We will contact you with any questions about your project or the equipment or time you need to complete it. This process helps us understand how to best fit all the projects we can into our space.
