Author: Barry Bluestone, James Huessy, and Catherine Tumber, with assistance from Rick Dimino, Tom Nally, Tom Ryan, and Sarah Shields

This report is a comprehensive examination of the impacts of population and economic growth on Greater Boston’s transportation, energy use, and water, sewer and waste management systems, as well as environment, open space, and the consequences of forecasted climate change on the region’s seaports over the next 15 years.

Our ultimate aim is to assist in appropriate planning for the anticipated growth of the region.
