Stage 5: Early Stage Investment
You’ve built your startup vehicle and have a working prototype for the engine. Now it’s time for a fresh coat of paint and a full tank of gas. The purpose of Stage 5 is to procure the financial and strategic resources to enable your startup voyage from Point A (no sales) to Point B (sales). The CRI team is happy to help with introductions to SBIR/STTR consultants, venture capitalists, and website design and development specialists.
Questions to answer: How do I fund my venture? What’s my venture roadmap?
Once the IP license agreement has been executed, your venture is ready to accelerate.
Provide CRI an update on all key operational, technical and commercial aspect of your spinout, via online form. In order for CRI to continue to provide value and make relevant introductions going forward, we’ll need updates on product development timeline, fundraising goals, team formation, marketing efforts, and business development pipeline.
CRI is building out its network of investor contacts, both in the venture capital realm and across industries. Once we have your company update, we’re able to make introductions to investor firms and industry contacts. Stage 5 ventures will be able to participate in investor pitch sessions and industry-facing networking events.
