The College sends emails to the primary instructor in classes with a student flagged for FACT reporting. There are three email reminders for each period. Students flagged for reporting have a bell icon present in their row in the FACT Photo Roster. Faculty are asked to submit the case within 1-2 weeks of the initial email prompt.
