Hi my name is Emily White and I'm a second year International Affairs Major. I'm currently working at my first coop at the AES World Languages and Cultures Institute here in Boston. I'm originally from Texas, so I'm really trying to get used to the cold Boston weather. I'm in Alpha Epsilon Phi and have gotten a lot more active on campus because of it, but I think the connectors committee can help even more!
In my free time I love photography, traveling, playing with puppies, and watching trashy TV. I can't wait to get to know even more people on campus!
Abby Walker - Boston Connector Committee
Hey! I'm Abby Walker, a third year International Affairs major with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. I'm currently on my first coop at PUMA. I'm from Massachusetts, but I've traveled all over the world and it's one of my greatest passions. Other than that I love art, soccer, swimming, photography & videography, scuba diving, hiking, and trying new things. I'm also an ambassador for the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. I am a biochemistry major here at Northeastern pursuing my interest in science and healthcare. Currently I am on co-op at Cubist Pharmaceuticals in the Global Medical Affairs department. Growing up in Southern New Hampshire, I developed a love to ski in the winter and surf during the summer. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people, so I am very excited to incorporate my passions with the Co-op Connector program.

I'm a second year pursuing a communications major and international affairs and Spanish minors. I am currently co-oping at Constant Contact in Waltham on their Public Relations team. I love meeting new people and spending time with others; I'm from New Hampshire and so I enjoy my time outside but am am also obsessed with watching movies. I love animals and trying new foods!
Serena Dao - Boston Connector Committee
Serena Dao has a love for food, a passion for electric cars, and still has no idea what she wants to do with her degree. A fourth year Chemistry major, Serena is currently on her second co-op after spending her winter break in Austria skiing on the Alps. She is also from Freeport, Maine; known for being the hometown of L.L. Bean and delicious lobster rolls.

Carrie Pan - Beijing, China Connector
Carrie is a second year business student concentration on accounting and management information system. She is actively involved in various extra-curricular activities in Boston campus, such as Entrepreneurs Club and Language Partner Program Speaking . This is the second time Carrie has been in Beijing since last summer and she knows what places are fun to visit while she is still exploring more interesting sites. Other than taking city trip on either bus or by walk, she likes to play badminton on the weekends and going to local library to borrow book, but mostly take steps on different area of Beijing. She also love singing, eating traditional Chinese food and ice-skating. Since she is working on a project with her audit team, she lives around An'he Bridge North on weekdays and move back to her apartment near Chaoyang park on weekends. Andrew Bloy - Bremen, Germany Connector
Andrew Bloy is a 3rd year biology major from New Jersey. Currently, he is on his first co-op at the International School of Bremen in the German city of Bremen. At Northeastern, Andrew is an editor at NUSci, the campus science magazine. After graduating Northeastern, Andrew plans to attend medical school to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. Hello my name is Tess Gildea and I am a middler from Milford, Connecticut majoring in international affairs and political science. I am currently doing my second coop at Interpol in Washington, D.C. I did my first coop at an NGO working to fight organized crime and human trafficking in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I love to travel and take part in new experiences whether it be adventuring through strange cities, getting to know new people, or sampling new foods. I am excited to enjoy all D.C. has to offer, especially warm weather once spring comes!

I am a junior student from China with business admiration, accounting concentration in D’Amore-McKim School of Business. I did my first coop at The MENTOR Network as Accounting Assistant and going to Rose McKenna for my second coop as a tax intern in Washington DC. During my free time, I like to go to some student events to expand my network, and do something I never did. Furthermore, I am a huge sports fan. I like watching sports, especially soccer, and Manchester United is my favorite team. I also like running, swimming and playing soccer; and I want to finish a triathlon in the future.
Danielle Rosenbaum - Dublin Connector
Danielle Rosenbaum is a third year student at NU with a double concentration in Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship. She is currently working at a small company in North Dublin importing and selling fitness and catering equipment. In her free time, Danielle likes hiking, writing, and watching Netflix documentaries in her pajamas. She has two fluffy cats back home and will share photos of them upon request and sometimes even when you don't want to see them.

Hi Everyone! I'm Kate, a fourth year Political Science and International Affairs major. I'm in London working for the British American Security Information Council, a think tank that works on nuclear weapons policy. I am currently co-oping for my first time at The Bronx Defenders (public defenders firm) as an Investigator and Community Outreach intern and it is quite an experience! My name is Matt Fothergill. I am a 4th year PT student from Arlington, MA. My whole life, I've been excited by adventure and new things. Whenever I can I try something I have never done before. For my first co-op, I tried something new that was really huge. I went to Hawaii! I learned so much about culture, I ate tons of great food, went surfing and spear diving, hiked as many mountains as I could find in Oahu, swam under waterfalls, and so much more! I'm currently doing my second co-op at Faithful+Gould here in Singapore, learning about the ins and outs about project management and construction planning. I am a third year Sociology major with minors in Psychology, Linguistics, and Spanish. In my time so far at Northeastern, I have gone to Turkey and Germany on a Dialogue of Civilizations and also studied abroad in Sydney, Australia. I have returned to Australia for a self-developed international co-op. On campus, I am a Service-Learning Teaching Assistant, NU Club volleyball player, and also worked as a study abroad ambassador. I am a rather easy going person and am always looking for something new to see.
Cassandra Middlemist - Seattle Connector
Cassie is originally from Broomfield, Colorado and is now a middler, studying Communication Studies and Chinese back in Boston. She is currently the Marketing and Social Media manager at Northeastern's Seattle campus but started off her career at NU as a NU in student in London. She has gone on Dialogue to China as well as completed one other co-op at iRobot Corporation as a Corporate PR Assisstant prior to moving out to Seattle. She has obviously loved Northeastern enough to now work for them on co-op! When she is not working or studying she is a sister of the Eta Kappa chapter of Kappa Delta as well as a performing member and e-board member of the NU Stage Musical Theater Company. Out here in Seattle you can find her attempting to navigate the bus system or escaping the rain in various coffee shops.

I’m Sean Burris and I am excited to be serving as Co-op Connector for Shanghai, China. Originally from Sacramento, California, I am a second-year student in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and minoring in International Affairs. I am completing my first co-op as a Management Trainee with Interstate Hotels at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Shanghai-Pudong. I have traveled throughout Asia on my own and with friends and have enjoyed every minute of it. Needless to say, I am excited to return and explore with my fellow co-ops!
