Northeastern University: Center of Community Services

Service Days

NU Service Day provides students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to come together to assist area nonprofits with critical projects. In the past, groups have gone to organizations in Mission Hill, Fenway, Roxbury, and all around Boston. Examples of service day projects include going to the Esplanade Association to paint fences, Morville House to socialize with elderly citizens, Cradles to Crayons to sort children’s toys, the American Diabetes Walk to cheer walkers on, and New Mission High School to set up a library and athletic center.
