Time: 5:00 p.m.


Guest Tickets
You may invite a maximum of 5 guests. You have received an email with instructions on how to access your electronic graduate admission ticket and guest tickets.

*Online students registered for summer 3 classes must speak to your advisor regarding eligibility for August graduation. Receipt of this email does not indicate that you have met all degree requirements. Contact your advisor to confirm your degree completion.


Event Schedule
3:00 p.m. (subject change) Student Report Time
Report Location: tents in arena lot; signage will be posted to direct you

4:00 p.m. (subject change) Doors open for guests, lobby entrance, St. Botolph St.

5:00 p.m. Ceremony begins

6:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Reception, Curry Student Center West Addition, all graduates and guests are welcome to attend


 

Parking

Please be advised there is no parking available at or near Matthews Arena. Parking will be open, per availability and complimentary by using the parking pass provided in the Columbus Parking Garage, 795 Columbus Avenue. The parking pass will be emailed to you when you reserve your guest tickets. Parking is also available in the Renaissance Garage, fees apply and space is limited. The Columbus and Renaissance parking garages are a considerable walk from Matthews Arena. If your guest has a mobility issue, it is advisable that you provide a wheelchair and/or drop off your guest with an escort prior to parking. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation to this event. You can find alternative off campus parking here.
