2015 Collegiate National Championship

Video produced by Northeastern University Triathlon Team 2015.

This year, 15 of our most dedicated athletes were able to qualify for the Collegiate National Championship in Clemson, South Carolina. Every racer has earned their spot on this team by working hard throughout the year to reach their personal bests. For our athletes, being able to compete at the national championship is unparalleled in our level of the sport. It is when all the cold runs through the snow, late-night spin sessions, and grueling swim workouts all come to fruition.

We would love for our most dedicated racers to experience what it is like to reach that finish line, but we need the help of our biggest supporters. This year we are sending our largest team ever to Nationals, but that does not come without its costs. To compete at Nationals our team is faced with the challenge of paying for transportation, lodging, race fees, and bike transportation. With your support we can alleviate this burden on our racers and help them focus on what is most important to them: representing Northeastern by reaching new personal bests and crossing that finish line.

Our Initial Goal = $2,500

Our Catalyst fundraising goal is $2,500. This will be used to assist our racers in defraying the costs for their lodging, flights, and bike transportation. Every racer has a commitment to raise $1,000 to help cover these costs, and the contributions made on this site will help alleviate this burden.

Our Stretch Goal = $5,000

Due to a generous outpouring of support, we have reached our initial goal of $2,500. All donations made beyond our initiation goal towards our stretch goal of $5,000 will also be applied directly toward our 2015 nationals trip expenses, further reducing the out-of-pocket cost per racer on lodging, flights, and bike transportation.

Thank you for your support!
