Data Day in Silicon Valley

Last month, we had the opportunity to bring industry experts from various backgrounds and fields to share their personal experiences of learning data analytics and working with data tools in their current roles.  They also talked about some of the challenges they face in using data to answer questions or solve problems, and encouraged the audience to just get started – it’s never too late to learn a new skill!

Data Day in Silicon Valley panelists from left to right: Lizi Feng (Segal Consulting and Sequioa Consulting Group), Amit Shinde (VSP Vision Care), Michele Kiss (Analytics Demystified), Prolet Miteva (Autodesk and MeasureCamp San Francisco)

As part of our commitment in ensuring our students’ personal and professional success, Northeastern University – Silicon Valley frequently hosts industry-aligned events such as Data Day to provide both learning and networking opportunities on-campus.
