With courses ranging from financial reporting and analysis to international finance and investments, this bachelor’s degree program in finance and accounting management provides you the opportunity to develop your analytical and quantitative capabilities—equipping you to pursue a career in the field of finance or accounting.

This program is designed for students who have completed an associate degree or equivalent credits, and who would like to complete their bachelor's degree at an accelerated pace. While students can transfer previous credits from any discipline, admission to the program requires successful completion of a course in financial accounting, college algebra, or college-level math, and Introduction to Business.

The 20-month Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management Global Classroom is a Global Finance and Accounting Degree Completion Program designed to fit your lifestyle and your higher educational goals. This seven-term format attracts an internationally diverse audience and meets on-campus, allowing time for internships and other professional experiences. This program does not include book or meals. The Global Classroom is a full-time schedule meeting Monday - Thursday evenings. This schedule is convenient for students who work or have other commitments during the day and still want to pursue an accelerated degree program.

Experiential Learning

Northeastern's signature experiential learning model combines academics with professional practice to help students acquire relevant, real-world skills they can apply to their desired industry. Each program offers its own unique experiential learning opportunities, but they might include:

  • Experiential Learning at Work — Working professionals collaborate with their employer to develop a project that addresses a key business need their company has in an area they want familiarity with.
  • Experiential Network (XN) — Students work virtually with a sponsoring organization on a short-term project over a six-week period.
  • Full-Time Co-op Opportunities — Students on co-op work in a paid position in their field of study for three to six months.
