Biography

Through her work as a structural engineer and architect turned venture capitalist, Julieta Moradei has spent more than a decade driving innovation in construction. Inspired to pursue this career during her co-ops at Disney, SGH, and Arup, her core focus is digitizing one of the world’s least innovative sectors to drive its decarbonization. While designing tech campuses for companies like Apple, Meta, and Google, Moradei witnessed firsthand the inadequacies that lead to significant rework and waste. Today, she is managing partner and founder of Arcanvas, a consultancy helping real estate owners and developers adopt construction technology, and general partner of a fund investing in early-stage property services and construction services technology with a focus on female founders. Moradei is also the founder of Women in Construction Tech, a global community empowering female founders, investors, and adopters of built environment technology.
