This program is designed to provide students of the African Diaspora and Latinx students with the opportunity to interact with some of Boston’s most prominent Black and Latinx professionals.

It includes off-campus site visits, professional development workshops & career planning tailored to the emerging Black and Latinx professional interested in acquiring skills to navigate and move up in the workplace. This year, students will visit sites such as EY, State Street, Partners Healthcare, the MFA, and much more!

The 2019 B.L.A.C.K. Immersion experience will take place from 3/4/2019 – 3/6/2019.
