The 25th Annual Association for Black Culture Centers Conference
(Includes African American, Latino, Native American and Asian Centers)
Since 1989 the ABCC has offered an annual conference co-hosted by one of our institutional members. This year’s conference theme is “Commemorating A History…Establishing A Legacy.” 2015 marks an important anniversary for many U.S. college culture centers. Our centers have served as support for academic excellence, safe havens, campus resources and hubs for cultural expression at many institutions since their inception. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to learn about and discuss relevant issues related to Black, Latino, Asian and Multicultural centers and issues of race. Northeastern University and the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute will co-host the 25th Association for Black Culture Centers’ conference, which will be held Thursday, November 5 – Sunday, November 8, 2015, in historical Boston, Massachusetts.
