Article on tRNA proofreading in Nature Communications

Congrats to Jeff for his paper on EF-Tu and proofreading of aa-tRNA by the ribosome, which appeared in Nature Communications today. By constructing a range of theoretical models and applying high performance computing, it was shown that EF-Tu may increase the rate of aa-tRNA accommodation, which can improve the efficiency of this molecular machine.
