University Advancement and Human Resource Management were happy to host 38 graduates of the Leadership Development Program* on Thursday, May 15th. As part of the Vantage Point program, the luncheon featured Corporators John Burke, BHS’73, and Mark Vachon, DMSB’82 (pictured) as guest alumni industry experts who facilitated a discussion around leading innovation and change, one of the core competencies of Northeastern’s leadership model.
Focusing on case examples from NBC Universal, Staples, GE Ecomagination and GE Health Care the participants reflected on the challenges and opportunities that evolving industries face.
