All talks will be given in the Ballroom (Room 260 on the second floor). Posters will be displayed in the McLeod Suites (Room 318 on the third floor). The Banquet will be held in the dining area on the ground floor.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk is located on the second floor across from the main entrance to the ballroom. Registration opens at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27th and will remain open throughout the meeting.

Onsite registration hours:

Wednesday, July 27th: 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Thursday, July 28th - Saturday, July 30th: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Poster Presentation

Posters will be displayed in the McLeod Suites on the third floor (Room 318) of the Curry Student Center. Posters for Poster Session 1 (Thursday afternoon, 2:45-5:15) can be mounted Thursday, July 28th, from noon onwards and should be taken down Friday, July 29th, at the end of the lunch break (1:00 pm). Posters for Poster Session 2 (Saturday afternoon, 3:00-5:30) can be mounted on Friday, July 29th, from 1:00 pm onwards and should be taken down at the end of the poster session on Saturday, July 30th.

There will be a bar in the McLeod Suites. No alcoholic beverages are permitted outside the Suites.

Catering / Lunch

Breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea, and refreshments are all included in the registration and will be provided in the back of the ballroom.

The Curry Student Center has a foodcourt and coffee shop at the ground floor where additional food and drinks can be purchased.

Opening Reception

A buffet style dinner is offered to all registrants and accompanying persons in the McLeods Suites at the third floor of the Curry Student Center on Wednesday, July 25th immediately following the first Keynote Lecture. No alcoholic beverages are permitted outside the Suites.

Congress Banquet

The banquet (traditional New England Clambake style, including additional menu options- chicken / vegetarian) will be held in the ballroom of the Curry Student Center at the level of the foodcourt. Tickets are available for $50 for regular registrants and $30 for student registrants at the Registration Desk until Friday, July 29th at noon. No alcoholic beverages are permitted outside the dining area.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons should identify themselves at the Registration Desk to register for the Welcoming Reception.

On campus housing

Participants that reserved on campus housing will be housed in the International Village. For directions to the International Village click here.
