2011-2012: Talent Attraction and Retention
During the 2011-12 research year the World Class Cities Partnership has selected Talent Attraction and Retention as its key focus.
This topic remains in line with the Partnership’s Accelerating Innovation Initiative designed to enable participating cities to examine government policies and practices that best promote the acceleration of innovation within their respective communities and then, through the WCCP, share those practices in ways that foster the global adoption of effective policy tools.
