Survey: Six WCCP cities rank in top 50 of quality of living

  Published: December 4, 2012 When it comes to the city with the highest quality of living in the world, Vienna is tops. That is according to a survey by Mercer, a global consulting firm, released Tuesday that ranks cities all over the world on the basis of quality of living.
