- You must be eligible for the Post-9/11 GI Bill at the 100% benefit rate to be considered for Yellow Ribbon Program funds. Visit the Eligibility section of this website for additional information.
- To apply, complete and submit the Department of Veterans Affairs online application form at https://vabenefits.vba.va.gov. Upon completion of the application, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility advising you if your service meets the requirements for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
- You must submit a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility to Northeastern along with the University’s Yellow Ribbon Program Application in order to verify your enrollment to the VA. Submit your completed application materials to the Office of Student Financial Services in 356 Richards Hall or fax to 617.373.8735.
- Yellow Ribbon Program funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date of receipt of all completed application requirements.
