University Scholars Packing, Arrival and Parking Information
Packing Information
- Students and parents should bring business professional dress (cocktail attire is also appropriate) for the Welcome Dinner on Sunday night.
- Students should have a change of very comfortable clothes for evening activities. Evening activities will be indoors.
- Dress for Monday is casual, and students (and parents!) are invited to dress how you would for a day of college classes. Students and parents should wear their provided nametag at all times.
- Students who are staying on campus will likely be sleeping on their host’s bedroom floors. Linen packs with sheets, a pillow and a towel will be provided. If your travel and packing allows, you can bring a sleeping bag or your own linens.
Arrival Information
- Complimentary airport shuttle service is only available on Sunday, March 17 (through 3:00pm). Students and families flying into Logan Airport should call Gray Van Express once their plane lands at 617.504.0429. Students arriving earlier than Sunday have made their arrangements through Cleveland Circle Travel, and we will communicate with you directly about your arrival, however you should plan your own transportation from Logan Airport to Northeastern University.
- Sunday luggage storage is available on Sunday at The Westin Copley Place for hotel guests and the Northeastern University Visitor Center, West Village F for students staying on campus.

- Sunday complimentary parking is in West Village Garage, 20 Leon Street. Please display the University Scholars Welcome Event parking pass on your dashboard.
- Monday complimentary parking is in Columbus Garage, 795 Columbus Avenue. Please display the University Scholars Welcome Event parking pass on your dashboard.

Admissions staff will available to welcome University Scholars and their families in the lobby of The Westin Copley Place. Please check in with a Northeastern University staff member before checking into your hotel room. Students who are staying at The Westin Copley Place are still required to check-in on campus before 3:30pm.

The Westin Copley Place is a short walk to campus, and three stops on the MBTA, Green E-Line from the Copley stop to the Northeastern stop. Shuttle service between the hotel and campus is available from 10:30 AM.
