April Pack Meeting

Each Scholar is assigned to one of seven teams, aka "packs," led by either a faculty fellow, Dr. Iacono, or Dr. Karas.  Pack meetings take place one evening per month.  Each pack is given $5,000 per semester which they must decide how to spend as a group.  Typically, the funds are used for admission, food, and transportation  to various events or activities which promote bonding in addition to cultural and intellectual enrichment.  Pack activities (or “pack-tivities”) this fall included excursions to see the Dalai Lama, Yo-Yo Ma, Mamma Mia!, the New England Aquarium, Salem’s House of the Seven Gables, and the Wolf Hollow Sanctuary, where students observed some of the husky’s wilder relatives!
