Sunday, March 23
Check-in for the weekend at the University Visitor Center in West Village F will begin at 8:00 a.m through 4:00 p.m. Scholars and guests will each receive a weekend program, name badges, and other important information about the weekend. For those of you arriving by air, there will be a Northeastern University representative to meet you at your respective baggage claim area and a shuttle will bring you to campus. After checking in, programming to meet fellow scholars, opportunities to explore campus, and a chance to have a meal at one of our many dining options will take you through the day into the evening. From 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., all scholars will be participating in team building activities with current scholars. Casual attire is recommended for this time. After, the university will provide scholars and guests with transportation to the Museum of Science for the University Scholars Recognition Dinner from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Business attire is recommended for this event. Back on campus, dessert in the Scholars Lounge with current University Scholars will conclude the evening.

The Scholar Breakfast will begin the day for admitted scholars at 7:00 a.m. and lead into college specific break-out sessions and master classes from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., showcasing our unique and robust Northeastern learning environment.
