Whenever you have a health problem, we want to hear from you. A phone call will help us determine how soon you should be seen. Call us at (617) 373-2772.

For Ongoing Problems

Leave plenty of time, at least 10 minutes before and after your appointment, for registration, diagnostic testing, and checkout.

If you cannot keep any appointment, call to cancel so another student may use the time.

If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may be brief or you may be asked to reschedule.

For most acute conditions, we will arrange an appointment within 24 to 48 hours.

If you arrive without an appointment we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. Sometimes someone coming after you who is more severely ill may be seen ahead of you. You may be seen by one of our registered nurses, a nurse practitioner or a physician.

Sudden Problems

For urgent problems, an appointment or emergency consultation can be arranged the same day. Call us at (617) 373-2772.
