Who can use the health center:
• All undergraduate students
• All law school students
• Graduate students who have either enrolled in the Student Health Plan or have paid the health center fee
• All other eligible students who have paid the health center fee
• Students in special programs by prior arrangement
We are committed to responding promptly to your needs. We have:
• Extended hours: We open 8a.m. Monday to Friday; we remain open til 8 pm Tuesday and Thursday
• Saturday hours: to accommodate late sleepers: 10 a.m. to 2 pm
• Open access scheduling: we see patients for all medical problems within a week
• Daily availability of Behavioral Health Assessment appointments
• Patient Associates with responsibility only to answer phones to schedule appointments
For easier access, you may:
• Select a primary care practitioner for your medical care
• Always try to call before coming in so we can work with you to find a time for a prompt appointment
• Arrive on-time, even a little early, for your appointment
• Complete your health questionnaire through the student portal before coming to the health center
• Check your demographic profile (address, phone number etc) on your student portal before coming -- and update when information changes!
• Call your primary care practitioner or therapist directly with any questions or concerns or medical refill needs (see phone list for direct line to your caregiver)
• Use our website to get information on required immunizations or for requesting your medical records
