Important Dates for MLOA

Students wishing to request a medical leave must submit the paperwork requesting the leave no later than the last day to drop a class with a W grade.

Spring Semester: April 2, 2013
Summer 1 Semester: June 10, 2013
Full Summer Semester: July 23, 2013
Summer 2 Semester: August 5, 2013

Students wishing to return from a medical leave are asked to submit the required paperwork one month prior to the start of the term they wish to return.

Summer 2013: April 1, 2013
Fall 2013: August 1, 2013 
Spring 2014: December 1, 2013

No requests for re-entry from medical leave will be approved after the last day to add a course.
