Student Services Specialist
Based on our Toronto campus the Student Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating, advising and assisting in all aspects of the student’s experience while students are enrolled in courses and programs based at the Northeastern University – Toronto campus. This involves making sure that student’s enrollments, accounts and logistics have been effectively managed and communicated. Strategies deployed to be successful in this role will ensure that students enrolled in Toronto Campus programs (Online, hybrid and on-ground) will experience a high level of customer satisfaction with their experience. The student services management role will be done in collaboration with the University’s various academic, enrollment, financial and student services offices. Is required to teach on-campus and online graduate-level courses for the Degree of Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics, and Medical Devices and/or Graduate Certificate Program(s) in US, International, or Medical Device Regulatory Affairs. This position is located at the Northeastern University Toronto Campus.
