Guest & Visitor Parking
Visitors to the University are expected to park in the Renaissance Park Garage or the Gainsborough Garage. The fee is based on an hourly rate structure. For additional information about weekend overnight rates click on the "Parking Fees" link.
NOTE: The University assumes NO liability for lost or stolen property or damage to any vehicle while it is parked on campus in one of our facilities.
A violation of any parking regulation may result in your vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense. Other appropriate administrative action may also be taken. The University does not assume responsibility or liability for any lost property or damage associated with a vehicle being towed.
If you fail to adhere or obey the instructions of a Campus Police Officer or a parking lot attendant, your privilege to purchase a parking permit and park your vehicle on campus may be revoked indefinitely.
If your vehicle is not where you left it, call the University Police at 617-373-2121. If you parked your vehicle on a city street rather than in a University garage or lot, call the City of Boston Transportation Department at 617-635-3900.
Departments can issue parking coupons to faculty, administrators and staff traveling for business on behalf of the University. Each coupon is valid for 24 hours including overnight parking in the Renaissance Park or Gainsborough garage. You must take a ticket upon entering the garage regardless of whether or not you are a day parking permit holder. If the period exceeds 24 hours, then multiple coupons or payment will be required upon exiting the garage.
Departments can purchase parking coupons with a Journal Voucher at Student Financial Services, 354 Richards Hall, between the hours of 8:30am until 4:30pm. Each coupon sheet contains 10 coupons. Visit the cost page for prices.
