Short Biography |
Our research efforts include novel magnetic, ferroelectric and multiferroic materials for power electronics, RFIC and MMIC; different RF/microwave devices and subsystems. We have been actively investigating integrated magnetic inductors and transformers, different RF / microwave devices including antennas, phase shifters, tunable bandpass filters, tunable bandstop filters, tunable inductors, tunable capacitors, integrated RF magnetic inductors, integrated magnetic transformers, circulators, etc. Besides the efforts on RF/microwave, we also work on magnetic sensors, spintronics, energy harvesting materials and devices, solar cell materials and devices, etc. Our research lab is fully equipped with facilities for the fabrication and characterization of RF/microwave materials, devices and electromagnetic microdevices and subsystems.
