DIRECTIONS

   Here is a Google map. while is a more detailed map of the campus. And here are directions to Northeastern, coming from various directions, by various means:
  • Coming from Logan Airport :
    • By taxi:   A taxi to Northeastern University's main campus costs approximately $20.
    • By train:   There is a shuttle from the terminal to the MBTA train station (Airport). Take the Blue Line train inbound to the State Street station and connect to the Orange Line outbound train to the Ruggles Street stop. Or, take the Blue Line train inbound to the Government Center station and connect to a Green Line outbound E trolley to the Northeastern University stop. Detailed routes are as follows:

  • Driving from the West :   Take the Mass Turnpike into Boston. Take Exit 22 (Prudential Center and Copley Square) which is underground. Follow signs for Prudential Center and Route 9 West. This puts you onto Huntington Avenue (Rte 9), heading West. Pass the First Church of Christian Science on the right, and then:
    • To drop off: Use the underpass to cross Mass Avenue and pass Symphony Hall. Continue past the YMCA (large sign) on the left; the next set of buildings on the left belong to Northeastern University. At the next traffic light on Huntington, turn left (watch out for the trolley car!) onto Forsyth Street. Follow Forsyth one block to Greenleaf Street. You will see a large red brick building on the corner of Forsyth and Greenleaf Streets. The Mathematics Department is on the 5th floor of this building.
    • To park: Turn left on to Mass Avenue and, after three blocks, turn right on Columbus Avenue. Drive past the open air parking, and on to Northeastern's visitor parking (Renaissance Park Garage), at 835 Columbus Avenue, in the Ruggles station area.
