Free Community Fun Fair

April 30, 2011
Cabot Gym, Northeastern University

Sport in Society’s Student Leadership Group invites you to the Free Fun Fair at Northeastern University. Join us for a free-throw shooting contest, Double Dutch, hula hooping competition, relay races, and pie eating contest.  Officers from the Boston Police Department will be the featured competitor at each station, so bring your game face!  There will also be special performances, food, bake sale, and community groups. The event is part of Global Youth Service Day, an annual campaign that celebrates and mobilizes the millions of children and youth who improve their communities each day of the year through service and service-learning.  State Farm Foundation is the US Presenting Sponsor of Global Youth Service Day.
