Evaluations

Overview

The SGS Peer Tutoring Program is evaluated using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The Peer Tutoring Committee is responsible for the program evaluation process. The objective of the evaluation process is to solicit feedback on the day-to-day operations of the Peer Tutoring Program, quality of services, delivery of services and service satisfaction.

Each tutee is required to fill out an evaluation form after each tutoring session and at the end of each semester. Each SGS faculty member, whose students have used the peer tutoring services and have received feedback from them, is asked to fill out a program evaluation at the end of each semester.
