Canceling a peer tutoring appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a student cancels, or fails to show up for, a scheduled appointment for three consecutive times the student will not be allowed to use the SGS tutoring services for the remainder of the academic semester.
To cancel a scheduled peer tutoring appointment, students can visit the SGS peer tutoring desk (located at 250 Ryder Hall) weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., call (617) 373-7362, e-mail Peer Tutoring Program Director Tina Kondopoulos at t.kondopoulos@neu.edu, or fill out and submit a cancellation form online using the link below.
