Identifying challenges to improve the investigation and prosecution of state and local human trafficking cases

Drs. Amy Farrell and Jack McDevitt with graduate assistants Rebecca Pfeffer and Stephanie Fahy completed a report for the National Institute of Justice on prosecuting human trafficking cases.
