Bringing Cheer

When: November 30, 2011


Each year, the Student Alumni Association ventures to the Cambridge YWCA for a funfilled evening of music, treats, and holiday cheer. By buying gifts, doing arts and crafts, and orgranizing a visit from Santa Claus, the SAA hopes to spread holiday spirit to the children and families who reside in the shelter.

Event Committee:
Committee Chair: Hailey Koop, VP of Community Service
Committee Structure: Consists of several members who help buy the gifts, make treats, and decorate the YWCA for the event.

Last Year's Results:
In 2010, we were able to provide 10 moms, 2 dads, and 14 children, ranging in age from one month to 16 years, with gifts and cheer to brighten their holiday season! We hope to provide even more families with gifts and smiles this coming year.
