5 Under 25

The purpose of these events is to give current students the opportunity to network with young alumni from every college at Northeastern. Targeting each college individually, panels discuss co-op, campus life, and how these experiences have contributed to their professional lives after graduation.

All 5 Under 25's are held at 6:30pm in the Alumni Center, which is on the 6th floor of 716 Columbus. For the 2011 - 2012 year the 5 Under 25 dates are the following:

College of Business - Thursday, September 22

College of Arts, Media, and Design - Thursday, October 13

Bouve College of Health Sciences - Thursday, October 27

College of Engineering - Thursday, January 26

College Social Sciences and Humanities - Thursday, February 16

College of Computer & Information Science - Thurs., March 22

College of Science - Thursday, April 12

Event Committee:
Committee Chair - Jil Rinne, VP of Alumni Relations
Committee Structure- Consists of seven members who are enrolled in the college they have chosen to represent. Each member of the committee also moderates the event for their college.

Last Year's Results:
Students from across the university were given the opportunity to ask valuable questions and network with 35 recent graduates, representing seven colleges, and a variety of different majors and academic concentrations. Our goals for the coming year are to increase attendance, involve more students on campus, and continue to bridge the gap between Northeastern's past and present.
