7. Ready for Event Day

Check in on March 22nd between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Please check in at Presenter Registration in the Cabot Center first floor lobby between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. You will be given a name tag, program, and a poster location. You should have your presentation mounted by 9:45 a.m., and the show opens at 10 a.m.

Present your poster at RISE:2013

Poster sessions are concurrent, but if you would like to make your presenation at a specific time, you may post a sign at your display with the times listed. If you can’t be at your poster during the entire four hours, please be sure to have someone stay with your poster to answer questions. Keep in mind the judges may arrive at your poster while you are gone!

Remove your poster

All posters are to remain on display for the full four hours of RISE:2013. You can remove your poster between 2:05 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. The boards will be dismantled at 2:20 p.m. We are not responsible for posters not removed by that time.

Finalists will be notified by 2:00 p.m. At that time, finalists should move their posters to the Raytheon Amphitheater for the Awards Ceremony and Reception. All finalist posters must be up at the reception venue by 2:45 pm.

Awards Ceremony and Reception

3 pm – 5 pm at Raytheon Amphitheater

Join us as we announce the awards for extraordinary research projects presented by students.  This year, the Center for Research Innovation will also hand out the RISE Awards in Research, Innovation, Scholarship and Entrepreneurship.
