Policies and Reminders

  • All our work (except some hardware cases) is free!
  • ResNet is a walk-in service without appointments. Come in any time we are open.
  • Please bring a valid Husky ID to confirm you are a student.
  • Always bring your charger with you.
  • We only guarantee support for Windows and Mac. Other operating systems are done on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not support troubleshooting router, printer, or TV problems. (However, we will register your device.)
