Step 2: Click on “Settings” in the top right.

Step 3: Click on the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.

Step 4: Under the “POP Download” section, click “Enable POP for all mail.” For step two, ensure it says “keep Northeastern University Mail\’s copy in the Inbox.” Make sure to “Save Changes.”

G-mail Configuration

Step 5: In the top right of your G-mail account, click the gear and select “Mail settings.”

Step 6: Click the “Accounts and Import” tab. From there, select “Import mail and contacts.”

Step 7: In the box that pops up, enter your full HuskyMail address. For example, “doe.j@husky.neu.edu”. If you are asked for a POP server, the address is “pop.gmail.com”. Continue onwards and follow the prompts. Depending on the amount of mail you have accrued, it could be a while to import everything.
