Installing Quick Print on your Windows PC

Step 1: First, log in to myNEU. Go to the Self-Service tab and in the middle of the page click Software Downloads.

Step 2: Check the Virtual Print Client (Windows) bubble and hit Continue.

Step 3: If you agree to the terms, click Agree.

Step 4: Check the bubble to the operating system version you have. If you are unsure of which to click, read this quick tutorial here.

Step 5: Now hit Download.

Step 6: Click Save.

Step 7: Click Save again. Note: The location does not have to be Downloads.

Step 8: Now hit Run.

Step 9: Click Install.

Step 10: When the button is available, click Finish. The printer is now installed!

Step 11: When you go to print a page, make sure that the BW_Letter_8.5×11 option is selected. Then just hit Print like you normally would.

Step 12: This dialogue box will show up. Enter in your myNEU user name and give the document you want to print a description. When you go to a quick print station (i.e. at the Library) and swipe your card, you will see what documents you have available to print based off the description you gave them in this dialogue box.
