Changing Your myNEU Password

Step 1: Log in to myNEU and click “My Profile” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Step 2: Now Enter your old password and your new password twice. Then click “Submit Change Password.”

What happens if I forget my myneu/neu email password?
You will need to do one of the following:

If you remember the answer to the challenge question you set for your account you can select “Forgot Password” on the http://myneu.neu.edu website

If you cannot remember the answer to your challenge question, you will have to come to the InfoCommons Help Desk in Snell Library to have it changed. Make sure you bring your Husky ID Card with you or we will not be able to change your password.
