Registering your Roku/Firesticks or other device on ResNet
If you have never registered your device before

If you have never registered your device before, you have two options. Option number one is to bring it and all proper cables (power cable, controller, etc) down to ResNet for registration. We will then register you in office. Estimated time: 10 min.
Another option would be to email ResNet@neu.edu the MAC address* along with your name, the device name, wired or wireless, and the MAC address typed out. Once you send that email, we will register it within 24 working hours. We will send you a confirmation email once it has been registered.

If you have registered in a past semester

If you have registered in a past semester, and this is the same device as one previously registered, you only need to go to the registration student portal at http://registerresnet.neu.edu and hit “register” next to the entry for your console.
