Click the “Network” button on your taskbar next to the clock (see red circle below).
Click on NUwave. Make sure that “Connect automatically” is checked, and then hit “Connect.”
Type in your MyNEU username and password and hit “OK.”
When the “Network Security Alert” shows, hit “Connect.” After following these steps, whenever your computer detects NUwave you will be able to connect automatically. If you have problems connecting to NUwave, please contact the ITS Service Desk at (617) 373-4357 (xHELP).
