Windows 8 Information

Attention Windows 8 Users!

ResNet is proud to announce that we have officially begun full support for Windows 8! If you have any questions about support for Windows 8, please read the following guidelines:

  • ResNet will assist Windows 8 users with all standard support offerings, including malware removal, network setup, and hardware diagnostics.

    • ResNet will support full Windows 8 installations, but cannot guarantee successful re-imaging unless you have the original install media (CD’s, flash drive, or system partition). ResNet does not support beta or release preview versions of Windows 8.
    • The newest release of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 fully support Windows 8. You can download SEP 12.1.2 from the Software Downloads link on myNEU.
