Vendor Fair / Exhibit Hall

The Northeast Association of Colleges and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO) is requesting applications from exhibitors who wish to display their goods and services at the 2012 annual regional conference.  This year’s conference is being held on June 6-9, 2012 at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Our association strongly believes that our regional conference is an excellent opportunity to make valuable business contacts as well as conduct public relations for your firm or organization.  Although not all individuals attending the conference are responsible for direct purchasing decisions, many have influence with those who do.

The various costs for obtaining a display booth in the Exhibit Hall area are included in the enclosed registration materials as well as other details regarding this conference including a registration form, sponsorship information form, Wish List, and exhibit hall terms and conditions. The space in the exhibit area is spacious so we are able to accommodate a large number of exhibitors.  However companies who send in registration materials after all booths have been assigned to less desirable space and this is a firm deadline!  The registration deadline is May 4, 2012.
