Parcel 18 Residence Hall
Parcel 18 is our newest 1200 bed facility, located on the corner of Ruggles and Tremont Street. The construction is currently in progress but the building will be opening for Fall 2009. This residence hall features semi-private singles and doubles. The semi-private singles are made up of two single bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The semi-private doubles are made up of two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The building is designed to house mainly freshman and sophomores students. Parcel 18 will be home to the majority of new upper-class themed housing options. In addition to residential facilities, the new building will house a new dining hall with various international options, a cyber café, work-out facility for residents and classroom space.

Upper-class Themed Housing Options
Gender Neutral Housing
This is the first year that Gender Neutral housing will be offered by Housing & Residential Life at Northeastern. This new housing option will allow members of differing genders to reside together in our newest residential facility, Parcel 18. Individuals interested in this new opportunity will be involved in a pre-lottery housing selection process on February 10.
