Nomination and Selection Process
Each nomination must be submitted to the Graduate Student Government (GSG). After nominations are received, candidates will receive an email notifying them of their nomination, and be asked to submit supporting materials to the Office of the Provost. The deadline for nominations to be submitted is January 17, 2014 at 5 p.m.
A committee chaired by the Associate Vice Provost for Graduate Education, and consisting of faculty and staff members will select the awardees in each category. The Office of the Provost may appoint additional committee members. Awardees must ensure they are available on April 16, 2014 to receive their award at the Academic Honors Convocation.
