Nomination and Selection Process

Each nomination must be submitted to the Graduate Student Government (GSG). Nominations may be made by a graduate student, faculty, staff or administrator at the university. After nominations are received, candidates will receive an email notifying them of their nomination, and be asked to submit supporting materials to the Office of the Provost. The deadline for nominations to be submitted is February 6, 2015 at 5 p.m.

A committee chaired by the Associate Vice Provost for Graduate Education, and consisting of faculty and staff members will select the awardees in each category.  The Office of the Provost may appoint additional committee members. Awardees must ensure they are available on April 23, 2015 to receive their award at the Academic Honors Convocation.
