1. Launch COEUS Lite by navigating to: coeus-web.neu.edu or by clicking on the link to the RIGHT.
2. Login using your NU ID and password. If you do not yet have a sponsored account, please navigate to the following web page to apply for one: http://www.northeastern.edu/infoservices/?page_id=7969
3. Click on My Proposals at the top of the screen
4. Then click on Create New proposals
