Accessing the myNEU Web Portal requires a myNEU Username and myNEU Password

myNEU Username: This name is assigned to you when you establish your myNEU account. You then use it at login. Your myNEU Username is typically your last name followed by a period followed by the first letter or letters of your first name. (Example: Dana Smythe would have "smythe.d" or perhaps "smythe.da" as myNEU Username.)

myNEU Password: This is an alphanumeric password used at login. You can choose your myNEU Password—it must be 6-14 characters long and it's case-sensitive. Hint: Pick a password that you'll remember but will be hard for anyone else to guess.
